Jeff's Bagel Run

I had such a great experience! I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel with cookies and cream cream cheese, and it was absolutely perfect. The bagel was hot and fresh, with just the right texture. The cinnamon sugar wasn’t overly sweet, which I loved, and it paired so well with the cookies and cream cream cheese. Both had a balanced sweetness that complemented each other perfectly. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were so sweet and welcoming. She took the time to explain that they don’t toast their bagels, offered to let me try the cream cheese before purchasing, and even gave me great suggestions on which bagel flavors would pair best with the one I wanted. That level of care made my first visit feel special. I would 100% go back and definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic! The banana iced latte was amazing, and the bagels were soft, fresh, and perfectly chewy. They offer such unique cream cheese flavors. I especially loved the espresso cream cheese. Service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even better. I just wish they had a location in Raleigh!

This place knows how to make a good bagel but they don’t know what makes a good bagel shop. If you want a place where you can stop in and grab a bite to eat right then, this is NOT that place. If you want a place where you can stock up on some good bagels to take home for later, then Jeff’s has you covered. Set your expectations accordingly. I am from the NY/NJ area and absolutely obsessed with bagels so I’ve been on a serious hunt for good quality bagels in NC and have tried what feels like every bagel place within a 40 mile radius around Raleigh. I can say with complete confidence that there are no good bagels in NC, they don’t know what they are doing down here with bread and most of the time the good reviews come from people with low standards. Jeff’s is fairly new and had good review

We finally made it over here and I regret not coming sooner! The guy at the counter was super helpful and walked us through their variety of bagels and cream cheeses. I was pleasantly surprised at how much we loved the bagels. Very fresh and light. Brought one home for my fiancé and he said it was the best bagel he’s ever had. They don’t do breakfast sandwiches or anything of the sort but that’s ok. My friends were happy with their chai and iced coffees. There’s not a ton of indoor seating but most people seem to do take-out anyways.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeff’s Bagel Run is top-tier. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the bagels are always fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality. Every visit hits the spot—definitely one of my favorite stops now. Highly recommend!
