Jenn's Smokin' Hot & Frosty Lounge

We crossed the border from Canada to have a taste of authentic smokehouse food. The location is approximately 20 mins from the customs, and some gates closes at 4pm. All the items we ordered was beyond our expectations. We went on a Sunday at 5pm. The service was quick and the staff was very nice. It seems like many items are prepared at the restaurant like cheesesticks and bbq sauce. The portions of the sides were generous and the meat portion too. Prices are bellow the average for a smokehouse. Clean and well maintained restaurant.

Been hearing good things and finally had the chance to stop in. I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings and baked beans. My son had a bacon burger with steak fries. Food was excellent. The barbecue sauce with the pulled pork was on point and the onion rings and baked beans were the perfect compliment. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. I will go again for sure - great place.

I couldn't believe how much brisket I got on my brisket platter! I am from Utah and we don't have anything like this especially for the price. It is well worth a drive to get here. The waitress was also very friendly. We will definitely be back. Burgers are only 5.99 fixed any way you want. This was the 1/2 lb of brisket. It's 16.99 a lb.

I got the beef brisket poutine and it was so delicious the brisket melts in your mouth, got a side order of mac and cheese with what a awesome meal definitely will go back

Just picked up a 22' Santa Cruz from Della and since it is the Limited Edition which has lane-centering we wanted to give it a workout. Originally went to Malone to get some Chinese food but Kings Wok was packed and so was Bokies Diner. So we kept going and noticed Jenn's Being food critics wanted to see for ourselves if the food lived up to the hype? Was not disappointed! Lunch for $20 which is unheard of and the food was very good. The burger was a little dry but everybody has their off days and the cook was under enough stress. The nice young man who waited on us said he would pass on the feedback and I'm sure it will be acted on. After being disappointed by the food quality and atmosphere at the new Plattsburgh location Jenn has redeemed herself. 🌞👍 Going to make a surprise visit to
