Jerk Fusion

Great stuff. Pretty much a takeout spot. Only one booth inside. I got the jerk chicken sandwich and a side of Mac. Great flavor and big portions. I grabbed an additional sauce, which was great on the mac. Definitely worth a visit!

This has got to be the worst Jamaican food I ever had life. I will say the chicken was definitely smoked and had that grill flavor but “Jerk” was what I ordered & did not have that. It came with a side of bbq sauce. The oxtails were just trash all around. Meriden just doesn’t have good Jamaican food and it’s disappointing

Oh My GOODNESS I ran into their food truck outside my apartment today and really needed a pick me up. They DEFINITELY succeeded in doing just that! Thank you so much for not only serving quality food but portions???? Those were outstanding as well! Normally would have to pay 30+ for a meal this size.

I had the jerk chicken meal with mac instead of cabbage. The chicken was amazing with the sauce. There was a wonderful smoky flavor with every bite. The rice and beans starchy and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy as well. Service was quick and the meal was reasonably priced. The food was definitely made with care and dedication. I would go here again

It’s a disgrace this place calls themselves “jerk fusion” when there is nothing jerk about their food. Ordered jerk shrimp with rice and peas and was given shrimp with BBQ sauce (doesn’t even taste or look like it was grilled) and oxtail gravy over the rice. I’m white and have been with nothing other than pure Jamaicans and him sed even his mooma make betta food. Don’t even start me on the beef pattie…shit is thinner than the money I used to pay for it. Please stop calling this Jamaican food. Take the extra 30 minutes and drive to Hartford for somewhere like Benjie’s on the Ave.
