Well stopped here for a pit stop and it's in the Maryland House, and the picture makes it seem like a "real sized" cheesesteak, but it was far from it, lol. Sign said "50% more meat," can't imagine how much there was before. In a sea of $15 hotdogs, $30 seafood plates it seemed like a good deal. It was small but luckily it tasted good. Staff tries everything they can to not interact with guests including a kiosk they make you order from. Ambiance, it's an easy stop, so kinda busy inside although the restaurants weren't. Hadn't been this way in a while so I figured why not? Atleast I don't order the $7.19 fries and a $4+ drink, that would've put me at about $30...
5⭐'s because PIZZA WAS BOMB! sausage & pepperoni, yesss. All the way to the crust good to ME! I would suggest to buy the whole pie for $30. Wings were good but stuffed into a small container. Be careful when riding in an all white interior. Young staff gets overwhelmed and embarrassed (?) easy. They gave me exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion.
This place is laughably horrible. Heed all these bad reviews. Just stay away. A sub (cheesesteak, sort of), fries and soda for $24. And I know, these travel stops are priced like airports, but still, the food was terrible. They were out of salads and condiments. And apparently vegetables too. Just look at this sorry excuse for a cheesesteak. I haven't been to many Jerry's Subs in my life, but after trying this one, I'll probably never go to another. Someone should do Maryland a favor and pull the plug on this one.
Stopped at the maryland house off of N 95 around x 85..Bought 2 cheesesteak sandwiches. NO onions and the cheese had the worst after taste ever. We wanted to get them at Nathan's, but they don't make them anymore so thought to give Jerry's a try..BAD MISTAKE.. plus the food took forever and no cups for drinks.
Came here for a rest stop and waited in a long line for a slice of pizza for me and my girlfriend. I wanted a cheese slice, she wanted a bacon and tomato, which was on the menu. The last cheese slice was given to the customer in front of us. As for the bacon and tomato, they said they don't do that. We asked if we could pay for the slice and wait with our receipt out of the line so they could help other customers. The female said they can't do that. We asked if we have the receipt, why not? She said that's not something they do. Pierre L. came over and said "that doesn't make any sense to pay for something that's not out, yet," with a bit of an attitude. We said, "well can we wait right there for when the cheese does come out because it was in the middle of the oven already. He stated, "we
