Jersey Boys Kitchen (Halal)

Great Local Halal Spot. The Bathroom isn’t as clean as it should be for the standards of a restaurant. Besides that, I went here 2 days in a row. 1st Day I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap w/ Fries which was a 10/10… 2nd Day I have a Mixed Platter with Rice and Pita Bread. The Chicken and Lamb was flavorful but the rice was a bit mushy and didn’t have much flavor. Other than that I do intend to return, I just wouldn’t go crazy for their platters.

Jersey Boys Kitchen is a typical halal place with some extra offerings. I had the chicken platter on my visit and also ordered a buffalo chicken slice. The slice was good, but it was not as spicy as other buffalo chicken slices that I've had before. The chicken platter was good. The chicken itself was a bit dry and when tasted without the white sauce was somewhat bland. All together the platter tasted very good and the portion was as you would expect from a halal place—big. The service was quick and easy. There wasn't a memorable interaction, but my food came out quick and was packed correctly with utensils. All in all, this was a good place to eat with some room for improvement.

No joke the best pizza near me. Don't let the way it looks fool you, crisp pizza. Not greasy. Solid, and cashier was very nice despite us ordering an hour before they closed

I got the mixed combo platter with a drink. It was so good my friend got it once he tried mine LOL. The chicken tasted so freshly cooked wayyy better than halal carts bc they have a grill in the back. I will def be back this was delish!

Don't bother with their online menu as that's out of date. I ended up ordering a philly cheese steak sandwich which had a slightly sweet taste and had a lot of ketchup which I was not expecting, but overall was not terrible. Maybe it was because I was hungry. I just don't like my sandwiches to be sweet. It also comes with mayo, but I asked for no mayo. The sandwich was a little on the small side so I was still hungry afterwards. Plenty of tables indoors. The place looks closed from the outside. Friendly service.
