This my top favorite place to get lunch.John,Monica and Sherry are so fantastic.My food is always made quickly and taste so good.Theyre extremely personable and always remember my order.Its truly refreshing especially now to see employees truly care about providing excellent customer service.

I wish I could give 0 starts for this visit Friday.I come in pretty regularly and usually when the one guy is there slicing the meats.I literally get the same amount of meat on my giant that I get on my regulat.when I brought this up to the manager and the employee I was met with so much attitude and was told that they were giving me the correct amount.I dont know if its a training problem or what.but this has happened multiple times and when I've tried to bring it their attention I'm met with if I dont like I can leave attitude.the sad thing is most of the other employees there make my food just fine right amount of meats and aren't rude

Id give 0 stars if i could, came here tonight at the location in Alabaster, two employees (a black lady) and (a white man) stared at me through the door with the door locked (after i attempted to open it) with 1 hour until close. (Assuming they wanted to leave early instead of doing there job.) two other cars pulled up with multiple customers and neither acknowledged them.

This is probably one of my favorite places to get something to eat from.Also Sherry is a sweetheart that really seems to enjoy her job and that's hard to find nowadays.She got me to try a new sandwich and its now my go to..Thank you Alabaster for being so great!

Friendly employee, good food, clean store! Price was high. Surprised that two sandwich combos was $41.
