A dude named Devin bro had the best attitude out of any restaurant I’ve been to in a long time like 10/10

Hi, I’m a longtime Jersey Mike’s customer and usually have great experiences at my home location. Today, while visiting friends, I stopped by this location around 2 PM to pick up an order. The store was empty when I walked in. The employees looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me and continued their conversation. I waited patiently. Eventually, one employee came over and asked for the name on the order without a greeting. Moments later, a man walked in and was greeted enthusiastically by the same employee. I don’t expect high energy or over-the-top friendliness, especially in fast-paced environments. However, the contrast in treatment was stark enough that it made me feel unwelcome. I’ve never in my life had issues with Jersey Mike until I came across this location! It was my first time placing order online at this location and will be my very last time! Director manager is Unprofessional and takes no accountability, don’t worry I will never order at the location ever again! Food was made poorly, and still no accountability! I mean I’m at lost of words I’m tired of even rexplaining the whole situation.

Food was fresh, staff was helpful and friendly.
