Jersey Mike's Subs

Been coming here for a long time. I was hoping the rumors were unfounded but today was pretty disappointing. The slicer is no longer cleaned before a veggie, they don't know what goes on each sandwich and they aren't listening to any "customizations" (ie add mayo, juice on the side etc). My favorite thing about jersey Mike's oddly enough was the fresh lettuce. Today it was old and browning. Just not a good experience overall

This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s. It was really good! It was 12:30 lunch time when we went. It was very busy! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The dining room seemed a little small and crowded we sat outside. The employees were friendly and helpful. My husband ordered a cold sandwich, the California chicken, which was made and received right away. I ordered a hot #43 sandwich which took about 15 minutes to get. It was worth the wait! It was hot and delicious! I would definitely eat here again!

I frequent the other sub place nearby. Whenever I visit that sub spot, I end up with a sad veggie sub since the meat options there don't quite do it for me. So, I decided to give Jersey Mike's a shot instead. I ordered the mini Chipotle Turkey Sub with hot chopped pepper relish on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was packed with flavor and so satisfyingly hearty. I could even taste the deliciousness of the bread itself! This might just be my new go-to spot for subs. Plus, ordering online made the whole process quick and easy for pickup. If you're calorie-conscious, opt for the mini subs because their regular-sized subs can be high in calories. Not sure if they do a mini size of the hot subs, but I didn't notice any options for hot subs in the min

Horrible service and they cant even make an order right. Both subs missing things and on the wrong bread.

Went in to pick up a sandwich and they just left it on the counter for 15 minutes until I asked about it. If you’re picking up you need to hound them for your sandwich or they will just ignore you and your order.
