Thank you, LOUIS! YOU made a TERRIFIC Turkey & Provolone Sandwich for me to take home. All the ingredients were fresh. The bread was tasty and soft. All that nicely sliced turkey was outstanding...again very fresh and lean! The Best Sandwich Ever! You are so customer oriented, too! You won me over...I will return! I have to admit the folks behind me spoke very highly of Jersey Mike's! You have a FAN CLUB! Keep up the great work! Really are OUTSTANDING! Very Friendly, too!

Just waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches (even after arriving 15 minutes after ordering like the app said) because this place is horribly ran. There was a line of people ordering and lines of people with to go orders and they were just working on a catering order the whole time. Didn't offer anything to make it better, this place has horrendous customer service. Seems like whoever is in charge doesn't run this place properly or assign enough people to work.

Tell the old had woman to put a hair net on and fix her terrible personality. Won’t be back all due to her. Do better jersey mikes.

You spend over $11 for a simple sandwich and you get two pieces of bacon on a club sandwich that promotes having apple bacon!! They have a mountain of bacon cooked, which I question the freshness and when asked “ can you please put some bacon on the bacon club?.. two pieces is the limit unless you want to pay extra?!.” Really?? Never coming back..

This jersey Mikes is really good at making To-Go orders in front of all the people waiting in line to order. Dumbest thing ever! Happens every time I come here.
