Jersey Mike's Subs

I went to Jersey Mikes, and typically, they are fantastic. However, this time the sandwich was cold, and the pricing seemed a higher than normal. I was using a discount, and it never took the discount off, even though they confirmed that it did, multiples times. It was $23 for a sandwich, they added a $3.75 charge for pepperoni on a sandwich. It may have been a bad experience this one time, because they are normally pretty good!

absolutely LOVE this location. the manager/owner guy is always so accommodating and friendly. I am gluten free and he is always so kind in wiping down the stations and making sure I feel comfortable eating there. even when it is busy, they are quick & kind and all the employees are so helpful. today, I came in and the manager gave me a free cookie & thanked me for being apart of their rewards. anyways I just love jersey mikes they are delicious and have excellent customer service!!!

Today we’ve experienced the best customer service from all weekend, the hospitality, and kindness of every single employee in this store! I mean, even my regular jersey mikes doesn’t compare sadly… I didn’t even know who the manager was to thank them personally.. because everyone said everyone was a manager like an ongoing joke, from the bottom of my heart and from a huge and busy weekend of travel… THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY AND SUCH AMAZING SERVICE. Anytime I’m back here I will be here. Couldn’t race enough. We were a bunch of shy girls coming in, awkward standing in line, and left with a huge smile and a feeling of overwhelming happiness. . And the guy working the slicer was cute lol bonus, actually all the guys kinda cute.

Went in for a birthday reward that was not loaded on my app. The manager was super helpful and took care of the free sub for me. Really appreciate his hospitality.

Great experience with a sandwich maker named Landen he really listened and took care in our sandwich request. Highly recommend!!
