I called this location to ask about a possible donation for a school event. The employee who answered placed me on hold, which was completely understandable, but then the call was disconnected. I assumed it might have been an accident, so I called back. Unfortunately, my second call was ignored. It was disappointing because I was reaching out on behalf of a school event and was simply hoping to speak with someone. A little more courtesy and professionalism over the phone would have been appreciated.

Our go-to for the best subs in town (our opinion of course). Our favorite is the Big Kahuna (#56) with our 2nd being the BLT (with loads of bacon). Given these guys a try if you haven't already. If only they were a little closer and on the East end of town closer to our house, lol.

I wasn’t able to catch his name but the young black gentleman with the dreads was extremely friendly & had great customer service. He was very patient & kind with my children when they were ordering their food, that was truly appreciated.

I would like to have my cold sandwich prepared before asking to pay would be a better option due to many customers have add ons and sometimes I may forget an item. However this place has great food.

Very unorganized, No sense of leadership. Cashier (Alyssia) rung up the order wrong due to her lack of listening i asked for a giant sub 2 bags of chips and 1 bottled drink. she therefore made 2 different meals both combos when telling her about the miscommunication and what i wanted she proceeded to say that’s not what i asked for, she proceeded to say I ordered 2 meals. (Mind you a young male is preparing sandwich after she took the cash payment and touched her hair she thens proceeds to grab mayo & bacon and attempt to help the young man finish making my sandwich) then asked for the drinking cup for the other meal because i didn’t want to go through the hassle she then says “no i’m gonna get you the refund” she thens calls another employee to come try to refund me for the combo i didn’t
