Jersey Mike's Subs

I usually dont have issues, but today when I picked up my order, I received a mini sandwhich when I paid for a regular. I come here frequently and I know the difference between the sizes amd this is clearly made with a mini that they use for kids meals... I am really disappointed this happened and will be reaching out with a complaint because I paid for an item I did not receive...

The worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. The team was serving brown, wilted lettuce. When we asked if there was a fresh pan, none were prepped (at 6:15 pm on Fri). As soon as vegetables were done, we weren't offered "the juice", spices, the regular script we are accustomed to was not adhered to. Our sandwiches were cut and wrapped. Unwelcoming and poor products. Wouldn't recommend...the next closest Jersey Mike's isn't that far.

I ordered delivery, and what really surprised me was the packaging! When I opened the brown bag, the sandwiches were placed in a manner where they wouldn't roll or move with napkins on top of them. The sandwiches were made without error (I added a few things) and tasted great!

I don't know if they changed the bread or oil but the last time I ordered from Jersey Mike's I did not feel great afterwards

There are groups of homeless people that hang out in front of store. You get accosted by them begging for money. They smell bad and are drunk. Defecating in the grass. Jersey Mikes is a really good place for sandwiches. It saddens me that the city of Austin allows this to happen in public spaces, and let's these people ruin good businesses.
