The line staff was great - but do not order a hot sub, this is what I was presented… not cut and sloppily assembled.
I usually love Jersey Mikes. Not this time. Last night I ordered a roast beef and provolone sandwich and had my partner pick it up. When I ate it it had a funny taste and I remarked that they must have changed their roast beef. I stopped eating it after that. I woke up feeling sick and went back to inspect the rest of the sandwich that i had put back in the fridge and realized it was ham. I do not eat pork! Big mix up by the staff last night. But I wasn’t that upset, I know mistakes happen. It’s when I called the manager that things really irritated me. When I explained what happened, the manager made sure to make me feel like it was my fault first before issuing a refund. She asked if I didn’t realize that it was ham before I took a bite? Then grunted when I said that I just thought it
Ordered my sub on the app. Had to wait in line. Then when I got to the register the guy acted like I wasn't standing there. Just completely clueless. The place was busy but sat there just watching 3 others frantically making other people's meals. Would not go again. Terrible service.
I understand it was the lunch rush, but it had been 20 minutes since I placed my online order, and I still hadn’t received it. I could see my order sitting there, but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. I ended up waiting in the same line as walk-in customers just to talk to someone. When I finally got to the counter and mentioned that I had placed my order 20 minutes earlier, just in case it had been missed, the employee I spoke with was unnecessarily rude. I wasn’t being confrontational. I simply wanted to check on my order. Instead of being helpful, I was met with a dismissive attitude and informed “well we’re busy.” I was already having a tough day and had hoped this would be a quick, easy pickup. I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! Great experience.
