Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I went around 6pm on a Wednesday. It wasn'tcrowded at all, and no wait time. The prices are a tad insane compared to Subway, but that is partly because of the freshness of the meat. It was very delicious, and I do plan on going back!

This is absolutely my favorite stop when I am in the Covington Oxford Area visiting my son. I want to give special mention to the phenomenal level of service to the person who I encounter each time I come there with my children. Lyric, is always kind, quick to take my order, and friendly with my children. She took the time to help me choose heart healthy options. Having spent 20+years within the restaurant industry operations marketing Etc it is refreshing to run into somebody with such a wonderful spirit in this business. Waited in line for 20 minutes, there was only 5 customers ahead of me .. ordered a #8 wanted no bacon and extra turkey instead - had to tell her 4 times, she then put it with a white top when i ordered wheat, had to tell her again it was wrong and the girl on the line did not seem to care that the store was getting packed and took forever to make them and when i got my sandwich everything was falling out on the paper and i could barley eat it. as a former employee of this store specifically they definitely do not hold up the same standards .. but for what it’s worth the sandwich was decent just not worth the $15 i spent.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today and our experience was pleasant. We were greeted by Franciso who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made us feel welcomed and was considerate of our inexperience. I was impressed this establiment smelled like fresh food and not fleshy like a lot of sandwich places. We will definitely be coming back.

Jersey Mikes is my go too for a sub. Enjoy their food every time, good size portions. Purchased a gift card for future use, staff couldn't ring up with my sub. Had to have 2 different charges. NO big deal, but come on.
