Jersey Mike's Subs

We eat at this location quite a bit and today's experience was terrible! In hindsight, we should have left but we were in a hurry. When we walked in every table was dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned. A guy brought out a wet rag and proceeded to wipe every table with the same rag brushing everything onto the floor. The meet slicer was filthy and was covered in food particles. There were bread pieces just sitting around. The person in front of me ordered Mike's way and the sauce was everywhere. I asked the female employee if she would wipe off her cutting board and change her gloves. They hadn't been changed since I walked in several customers ago. She looked at me, picked up our order and asked what I wanted on it. She hadn't wiped the board or changed her gloves. The Mayonnaise put on

Always a great experience at Jersey Mike's. The fact that they slice the meat and cheese fresh for every order makes a huge difference.

When you ask for no onions and only peppers but instead they put extra onions no peppers . This isn’t the first time this jersey Mike’s on Grant Road has done this. Legit who eats a steak sandwich with this many onions anyway? The whole sandwich is just onions lol. And this was just on one side of the sandwich. There’s still a whole other side with a pound of onions on it.

This location has been stellar every time. The young men behind the counter are always polite and fast with service. They all deserve praise, every single time. Hands down our favorite location out of all. THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING US SMILE EVERY TIME WE VISIT! Good job and keep up the great work!!

Just picked up today, but the employees this afternoon (4-5ish) were super nice! They had on good music, good vibes. Sandwich wss good too☺️
