Jersey Mike's Subs

Horrible experience. Ordered a sub and got a drink with it and there’s this gelatinous blob that I sucked up in my straw while I was drinking. Absolutely disgusting. When I called them to tell them what happened, the manager told me they just cleaned the drink machine and wasn’t sure how that happened or what it was. So disgusting.

The food is delicious on a regular basis, but the customer service could use some help. There have been multiple instances where they put someone else's order in my bag (the bag has a copy of the receipt with your name and order - how hard could it be) and/or not started making a pick-up order until after I arrived. I asked one time if my hero could be toasted and they said they're not allowed to toast bread, which I thought was odd. Other times (more than once) I've placed an order and it told me that it would be a particularly long time (30-45 mins) for one sandwich?? But I assume those have been system glitches as they were ready in about 15.

The store was very clean and tidy, so that’s a plus. However, the sandwich making was very subpar. I’ve eaten at other Jersey Mike’s locations, so I thought I knew what to expect. Staff was very quiet, lots of mumbling. Most of them looked miserable and barely made eye contact. Asked for my sandwich to be “Mike’s Way”. The employee drenched it with about 10 heavy shakes of the vinegar followed by the oil, so the sandwich was a slippery soggy mess. The next employee attempted to cut it in half which resulted in a slice about 3/4 down one edge of the sandwich. The boy who rang me up was very pleasant and friendly. The sandwiches here are yummy, but this location is a mess. On more than one occasion, they have forgotten ingredients in my sandwich, or taken a ridiculously long time to complete my order. I wish they could get it together.

My wife and I shared the classic Italian in the largest size. It was excellent and sufficient for more than one meal for us. Recommend.
