Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed a rather large order for pick up and when I arrived there was an employee just finishing up with my order. Their pinky was bandaged and so I asked if they had washed their hands, or put on gloves when making them. They were very stand offish and stated that they always wash their hands or wear gloves. The problem with that is they were cutting one of my sandwiches without gloves as I arrived and even if they did wash their hands imagine wearing a bandage into the bathroom and then washing your hands and getting that bandage all wet and then working with food. How gross...and it was even worse when I got home and found blood on the wrapper. That's no longer just a sanitary issue thats a potential safety issue. Do better!

The wait was very long despite ordering on the app. The fillings were unfortunately skimpy/sparse, making it just mostly bread. I have had better luck at the other location in Eau Claire and would recommend going there instead if wanting Jersey Mikes.

The team at this Jersey Mikes is very professional, kind and they’re great at what they do! They were so friendly and welcoming. They even wished my daughter good luck for her hockey game! Amazing employees!

At first I was concerned about the price points, but when I bit into my sandwich I instantly forgave it. They're $4-$5 over subway prices for a foot long, but the bread is thicker and fluffier. The only note for improvement would be to offer toasted sandwiches.

We discovered Jersey Mike's earlier this year and every time we get over to that area we always stop. Great place, great food, great staff.
