Jersey Mike's Subs

The service was great, love the staff, the food was great, the only thing.....was the pricing. This restaurant would be packed if they could adjust the price just a little bittle. The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. You can't say well, we use the best ingredients ,because Capriotti uses real turkey (like out of the oven, and people will pay for that)

Jersey Mike's has the best sub sandwiches by far here in Southern California. Spicy relish that they have is awesome I recommend it if you like spicy but not too spicy you get this relish on your sandwich it will please your mouth like no other. Make sure you get your Mike's rewards points they add up quickly and you can get free sandwiches when you get enough points.

Jersey Mikes is pretty consistent so, not much to say that hasn't already been said I placed a mobile order and it was ready on time. I was greeted upon entry and the staff was friendly and attentive. The product was made and packaged well. Jersey Mikes is in my food rotation!

10/9/18 someone reached out to me to apologize privately. I asked that they provide me with the manager's name so that they could do it properly in person since their staff had no problem humiliating me publicly. That request was not honored. Then, they send me a card to get a free drink WITH PURCHASE and a card to get some basic sandwich at a location different from the one where I was scrutinized. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Always speak with the adult in the room if possible! I have been to this location on two occasions. On both occasions, the older lady that was present stepped in to make sure I got the service that was expected. This last time, she had to intervene again because the staff was not listening. Had a bogo coupon in app the terms didn’t mention it wouldn’t be inapplicable in certain stores, but store employees told me it was invalid at this location and didn’t honor coupon. Don’t blame employees this is probably the owners policy. Frustrating because I would have gotten a smaller size had I known
