Jersey Mike's Subs

Supporting local businesses is important to me, but the way they’re managed says a lot about the overall experience. I stopped by my local Jersey Mike’s this week — which is something I do regularly. I ordered a viral sandwich that turned out a little messy, but that wasn’t the issue. The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up — without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches… still no glove change. So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in af

I’m a regular customer of Jersey Mike’s and expected to enjoy a sandwich and drink of water to go along with my meal. Unfortunately, this location does not provide complimentary tap water, which seems like a given for any consumer-company. This is the first Jersey Mike’s location where I experienced this and I would recommend management reconsider their policy.

This Jersey Mike's location always does such a good job at making fresh sandwiches, and they are very accommodating of allergens! I have Celiac, and whenever I come in, they always make sure to change gloves, wash hands, wipe down the equipment, and prepare it on a clean tray. I love getting the Italian on gluten free bread. I definitely recommend!

Priced up our order we got a whole and split it but they charged for 2 regulars - scammers When I told him you’re charging me extra 8 dollars compared to a whole (28 instead of 20) he said the regulars have an extra slice of cheese…. My brother I don’t what you’re smoking and if that 8 dollars goes into your paycheck but you need a lesson on customer service - WORSE JERSEY MIKES LOCATION DIRTY GLOVED ON TOP OF IT ALL

Had to have a Jersey Mike’s while in New Jersey. I got what I always get. A regular Italian Mike’s way, with mustard and mayo. They were polite and quick and I ate the sub in my car in the parking lot. A big mess, but incredibly delicious and consistent with every other sandwich I’ve had at all of the Jersey Mike’s across the country. I drove away full and pleased.
