Jersey Mike's Subs

Shame on me for thinking it was a fluke but this is the third time I ordered online from this location and customized my sub to have NO mayo yet it was again lathered in mayo. I thought maybe it was me not placing the order correctly but after again verifying, I was correct in my order placement. All other Jersey mikes have been on point but not this location. I know my order is insignificant to them but beware if you are customizing your sub as it may not come as requested.

Great food but the price is getting a little high for what your getting. I'm from point pleasant originally, born and raised. I remember the first shop on Arnold Ave before they moved the shop to 35 and made the old one a training facility.

I walked in and all 3 employees were yelling to one another. Apperantly their manager had upset them. I was given a sandwich with stale bread. I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations and this was a first for me. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. Super bad

My experience started off on the wrong note. It was Thursday around 2pm. There was no parking anywhere close. I walked into the store and the music was blaring and my online order wasn’t ready. I was annoyed! THEN, I talked to Ashley and the other crew members and my whole attitude turned around. First of all, they were busy. Probably the reason why there was no parking. Ashley was genuinely kind and sweet. She made sure that my online order was a priority. The other staff members were very kind and friendly as well. I enjoyed my sandwich. I will definitely be back Keep up the great work.

They didn’t cut the sandwich all the way through. Staff was very friendly tho
