Slow and rude workers. I have ordered online for pickup several times, and it’s never ready when I arrive no matter how much time I wait before picking up. And then when I go into the store, they always take their sweet time. If it’s not busy, they’ll be in the back and don’t come out until you call out for them. And if it’s even slightly busy, just know you’re gonna be there for a while, longer than you should have to tbh. This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve been to.

Hi good afternoon, I purchace 3 sandwiches from the freeport store. The store very clean. The girls very polite. But while they are making the sandwiches. They are chewing gum. I did say anything to them, there were other customers in the store. Food service workers should not be chewing anything when working.

Asian kid and Dominican girl working march 3rd night were visibly upset to see a customer’s walk in the door, when given the order they said Burger King is open 24 hours, no wonder the store was empty. Take the employees advice and don’t come here go to the Burger King

I brought my daughter to jersey mikes to get a sandwich after a long day of school. I don’t even eat jersey mikes; too much processed meat for me. We usually go to the one in Levittown or Carle place and 9 times out of ten, everything usually goes without any occurrences or mishaps. We went to the one in Freeport today, everyone was Nonchalant. Nobody greeted us with a smile or anything. You literally had to wave your hand for them to notice you and take your order. Anyway I’ve already spent way too much time and energy. Just note this is a terrible place to patron. The associates there don’t care enough about the company and its brand to render quality customer experience. Unpleasant location. Ordered through grubhub was told it we would be 20 mins max , i understand if there’s a lunch rush and what not at the time I was coming in but they need to have at least 4-5 counter people on instead of three. The people behind the counter today seemed to be dragging there feet and unorganized with how they were handling customers and pick up orders.
