Jersey Mike's Subs

Walked in the door, 3 employees not a single one greeted me. As a food service worker one of the first things you do as customers walk in the door is make the feel welcome. That should have been my first red flag. I said hello, glanced at the menu decided on the blt, mikes way. I asked if I could add capicolla was told no, 2nd red flag. My wife ordered the original Italian she asked if she could have it warmed up was told no. I live 3 mins from the restaurant I get home sit down and my bacon is completely cold. Not lukewarm, not warm at all but cold. 66 degrees to be exact.

Not a busy place. One gal quiet, but the unspoken communication between her and the nice gal was Oh here we go, country bumpkins. Quiet, but her face said it all. The one taking the orders was forgiving. It was the first time ever ordering at Jersey Mike's. Won't be going back. Selection of breads and all the other additions limited. I asked for green pepper and the young gal offered to go get it for me very nicely: pepper was NOT fresh, but a mushy dark green. I took it off as soon as I got home. There were very limited condiments. For the price there basically was only a lot of lettuce and meat and onion. And unspoken attitude. And kinda confusing where to order at. If you want people to order way down at the wall, put a sign. If there is one there, I didn't see it. I was more intereste

Very fast and friendly environment. First time experiencing Jersey Mike’s subs. And WOW! I looked on tik tok for viral sub combinations and I went with number 8 with pepper relish, jalapeño Mike’s Way light juice add jalapeño, chipotle mayo on rosemary Parmesan bread. 10/10 experience! Must go and experience for yourself!

Foods good, as long as someone doesn’t steal your pick up without any check. Not the employees fault but dumb system. Order in store

I will not be returning 18$ for a 12 inch sub. I can go to subway and get it a whole lot cheaper. At subway they have more selection toppings and dressings for their subs. I had to add my own dressing because you don't carry it. The sub was good and the bread was different. But I will not returning
