Jersey Mike's Subs

Been going to Jersey Mike’s for at least 10 years never have a problem except for this one. In the past six months, I’ve been to this location four times where the employee would make a sandwich use register to ring up another patron and then return to making sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands. I’ve complained on the app and get no response whatsoever. My next call is going to be to the health department because I’ve exhausted all of their options and from reading the reviews it’s a common occurrence.

I just picked up a mobile order and got home to find the bread was so hard I could barely eat it. My husband has dentures and couldn't eat his dinner at all. I'm upset because we absolutely love jersey mikes and we're excited to splurge on food only to be disappointed by what we were given. We have never had this happen before. The staff weren't very nice either when I picked up. Bad experience all around.

I cannot believe what I witnessed today. The people at this JM had some very bad service. Instead of placing my sandwich on the paper. Four people handled my sandwich as they slid it across the counter, toppings flying everywhere. The wrapping paper was placed at the cash register.. Counter not cleaned each time. That’s how germs are spread. The lady ask after I paid for a to go order of four sandwiches if I needed a bag.

We stopped here for a super late lunch today around 3pm and it was hoppin. It not super crazy and we didn’t wait long. I realized quickly as to why there was no wait, they had a streamlined system down to make those awesome sandwiches!! From start to finish they were efficient and super friendly. They took a photo of all the employees that day and you could see the camaraderie of the crew. I took time to meet the manager,Ashley, and she was very nice. I braved on the crew and she did too which is a reflection of her leadership. They hit a milestone today and I can see why. We will be back.

The ingredients were not fresh with wilted lettuce!
