If I could give them no stars I would. I went in to purchase the new mikes hot Italian but asked to have it cold. I’ve done this ever since the new item came out with no issues. But apparently Heather the “manager” doesn’t like the idea of someone saving money. The hot Italian has different meat and thus less meat than the regular Italian which is why I prefer the new hot one. I just prefer it cold. Not to mention it’s $2 cheaper. When I did get the Italian, I only got the ham, pepperoni, and salami anyways but still paid full price for it. She literally wanted to charge me for the regular Italian all because I wanted it cold. Horrible customer service and the GM should really address that.

I love Jersey Mikes because of the delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. However, tonight I placed an order through Uber Eats and the store canceled it. I tried 3 more times and each order was canceled over a 30 minute period. I contacted Uber Eats and they confirmed it was the store that canceled.

I ordered the buffalo chicken and it didn't taste at all like buffalo chicken. Flavor was terrible. Will not be ordering again.

First time at this location, I WILL be coming back, super friendly staff and nice , very clean, delicious food. THANK YOU for being awesome!

I ordered 11 sandwiches online. The food was good (not bad, not great). I had to wait after I arrived at the specified time, which was expected given the size of the order. The biggest issue was that the sandwiches had hand written tags to interview them. However the world was barely legible and the code didn't make sense. On the order, I identified who the sandwiches were for, so I expected printed labels like I've seen at other places. That would have made handing out sandwiches much easier. Additionally, one of the sandwiches was wrong.
