I had an unfortunate experience with the owner, Heather. When I called to address an issue with my order, the interaction quickly became unprofessional. I felt I was spoken to dismissively and treated as though I was the problem rather than a customer seeking resolution. During the conversation, I was accused of using inappropriate language, despite the tone of the exchange going both ways. While the food itself is decent, the customer service experience was disappointing enough that I will choose to visit other locations in the future. I hope management reflects on how customer concerns are handled and works toward creating a more respectful and professional environment moving forward

Unexpected catering order and it was a slam dunk! Professional, helpful and delicious. Thank you! Enough veggies on the side, perfect amount of mustard and mayonnaise packets. Vinegar and oil, napkins as well as helping me carry out to the car. A+ thank you so much.

I just had the best sandwich in years! I had a giant #13(Original Italian) added bacon, jalapeños and banana peppers made Mikes way. It was made prefect and exceeded all expectations! Nice job Jersey Mikes!!!!

Overpriced for no reason! Paid $23 for two 6in subs. One had roast beef that tasted horrible it was very chewy and weird tasting.

Gyood was served quick and hot. I love the sandwiches. I'll never go to Subway again.
