The customer service was amazing Mica, Amani ,and Wooje deserve a raise plus the food was very fresh and I could taste freshness while eating the food. The only thing is I wish they served fries 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this location 👍

Walked into the business and was greater immediately as I did, they were working on several orders already but never missed a beat as they took my order while they did. They asked me if I was a rewards member at the register, the young gentleman was polite and courteous. The interior of the store was clean and so was the men’s bathroom. Do to the employees not having name tags it is impossible to name these two employees I was impressed with . I ordered the the 17 ( cheese steak) regular, a sweat tea in a bottle and a bag of smokehouse bbq chips. Price came to 14 dollars. The sub was great however wish they had cut it in half for easier use,

Un-necessarily disrespectful employee and they need to check the freshness of meat. The meat tasted rancid. I did not ask for a refund I just let the guy know and he went off on me. He led with wanting to call the police and starting an argument. I didn't do anything to this jerk, if you have been careless with the meat just fess up and apologize we could have left it there, there was no need to cause a scene or be disrespectful. Its not even like I asked for them to remake the sandwich. Reposting with just the crazy employees pic, everyone doesnt deserve to be in the pick because other staff is genuinely decent.

Came on a weekday at 12:15 and it was the lunch crowd. Sandwich was good. One side looked as if it was just making phone ahead orders or something. The hold up is that they slice the meat and cheese fresh as you order. One person taking your order and working slicer, one that preps your sandwich with your toppings, I had the "Mike's way" with everything and one that rings you up and then there were 4 or more people there too but some on the other side and maybe one that was training. Sandwich was good, maybe just call ahead, order online if you in a lunch hurry. Oh and they have a watermelon ice tea and it was ok.

Horrible!! They hire high school kids who don’t care about your food. They didn’t give me my 2nd order and when I complained the black girl purposely made my sandwich look bad and sloppy. I waited 30 mins for my cheese steak sub and it was disgusting. I will be calling their manager to let them know about this. Waste of money go to another location
