WOW! GREAT addition to the Helena area. It opened before Christmas and it's STILL busy everyday. Been to this location several times since it opened. The service is outstanding, very professional and efficient when handling customers and the food. I've had both hot and cold sandwiches and they taste great. I like knowing the food is fresh and like to see them slice the meats and cheeses right there, instead of them sitting in a package ready to use. All of the veggies are cold and fresh as well. There is something for everyone on this menu and is a great value for what you order to eat. Highly recommend this place. It'll be busy, so be prepared to wait. They do have online ordering, its busy as well! Well done Jersey Mike's!

The food is amazing but man the line is long, they are limited by the building design, I don't think they were expecting to be such a big hit because they were going though people as fast as they could with extra staff and still can't keep up

This location is Packed! As it should be! I am so excited to have Wonderful Food In Helena! Management Amazing!!* Staff!! Wonderful!!* The Parmesan Bread, omg so good! My meal was Delicious! Keep Up The Great Work Team!

1/28 Ordered delivery from DoorDash... which arrived in a timely manner from Dasher Dalton... BUT... my #3 had NOTHING but meat and cheese, NO FIXINGS,NO DRESSING,NO EXTRAS I PAID FOR... the other two sandwiches were fine. Won't be gracing your establishment again anytime soon! 12/21 Food gets a 5 unfortunately service gets 1 First order...LAST ORDER!! Over an hour to make 3 subs, we ordered online... HOT SUB WAS NOT EVEN STARTED WHEN WE ARRIVED, ADDING ANOTHER 25MINS!! NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING HOT SUB PRACTICES!! Store was packed and we get it...the newness has not worn off...but still shouldn't take over a hour.

Easy 5 stars, we would always grab Jersey Mikes when we’re out of town so we placed an order on day one and now it’s become our staple every payday to splurge on. The food is amazing, we always get a giant one to take to work as lunch. Easy pickup when using the app so we don’t have to wait in line.
