Jersey Mike's Subs

I came in on 1/31/2026 at around 7pm and I loved my experience here. This girl was helping me and I asked her name to leave her a review because she was fantastic. Armita was helpful and really nice. She was fast and friendly with her conversations with customers. I recommend the BLT sandwich a lot for people who like bacon.

We have ordered from this Jersey Mike's multiple times in the past, and recently they started skimping hard on the size of the subs. The sub sandwich should fill the bag, not half the bag, fill the bag! That's what it used to do! Now you get a sub and they fold the bag longways because there's extra space. I just ordered a sandwich today, and again it's like 30 to 40% smaller than what it used to be. If they do not change their ways and get back to what they used to do, and get back to what all other Jersey Mike's do, we will stop ordering from this location, and possibly from Jersey Mike's all together, and go back to Jimmy John's.

I love Jersey mikes and get it quite often, the subs are always great. However This store was particularly slow and distracted today. When I arrived I was the only one in line and ordered two subs. They started slicing the wrong sub and I corrected them, which they were apologetic. They didn’t start my hot sub until after my cold sub and I had paid. Really taking their time. Although there were 1-2 employees doing nothing but talking. It was definitely disappointing.

Horrible service. Went in to pick up an order, saw it ready on the counter, but got ignored by all 4 staff members. Was stood there at the counter waiting for 15 minutes would have been longer but if I hadn't started actively flagging someone down and asking for help. Would have taken them 30 seconds to hand me my food but nobody could be bothered to even acknowledge I was there.

I recommend going to the Jersey Mike’s on TV. I have been consistently disappointed by the one on Cornell. Here you see what was supposed to be a Veggie, Mike’s Way, with mayo and banana peppers. Instead, I got something missing tomatoes and with very little on it. Do better.
