Whoever the boys working the night of 2/21 ... Hammahs. My sandwich felt fresh and generous but just right amount of spreading/veges. Havent had JM in a year, ive forgotten how good a sandwich can be. I was lucky to have whoever it was tonight make my sandwich. He knows what he's doing

How dare this place forgot my families order!! They were cleaning up and look like they was going on break at 1445. My wife ask arude employee, where is my sandwich and the guy was acting like wanted to give a refund because to him taking a break was more important than to make a recovery by making the sandwich. Finally a younger kid(employee) ask my wife what kind of sandwich you've ordered, my wife told him what kind of sandwich it was than he made it! The girl that took the order did not apologize she went on her break. I transported the owner of Jerry's mike when he visited hawaii and told me Jerry's mike is a great place. He is wrong it is not a aloha place to me. We will go to earl's sandwich instead. Jersy's mike is bad news. All visitors and residents must go somewhere else to eat

Dylan saved My service today. The young lady had probably been working all day and was tired but neways Dylan stepped in &handled my order very well & professionally & kind towards what his coworker might have been lacking. I get it, I know sometimes service isn’t always 100% so we have to have mercy on one another bcuz that’s what Jesus would do & we never know what someone is going through at any given moment. I gave all 5stars bcuz of Dylan & how he held down the front line. I can see he has Great leadership skills. I will continue to recommend this location for parties and such. The main reason why I wanted to leave this review is bcuz I know people read them & they must know to always walk in & know that there are employees here & anywhere in the food service industry that might have

Very unsanitary handling of food here! Health department should check this place! Workers preparing the sandwiches take payment and then return to preparing sandwiches for the next customer without changing their gloves. When they don’t they are handling food with dirty gloves. This is a food safety violation. Shop owner should retrain their employees. Do these workers think the gloves are to keep THEIR hands clean?

If you are the franchise owner you should be at this location more often. I have never seen a slower or less motivated group of employees. You are losing money and customers. 2/15/26 350pm.
