Jersey Mike's Subs

Act like they have an issue when you ask for a dang cup of mayonnaise bc I don’t like the packs. I’m very nice , I tip etc they act like they’re miserable at their job . Ty is the only nice one I have encounters with . I work right next door and visit often and it’s always the same energy

This is the second time we've visited this store and were unhappy. My husband came in tonight and purchased two hot subs #42 & #43. The sandwiches were terrible. He asked for extra Chipotle and both sandwiches were bone dry. The bread was hard the meat was cold and hard. It appeared all younger adults were working. He stated they were playing and cracking jokes. Not too focused on the customers. This use to be my FAVORITE Jersey Mikes. However the service level has dropped. There's normally an older lady that works there and she make sure everything is going the way it should. But we have not seen her I guess she MADE the difference.

Wow! Since Fire and Spice closed I have had a hard time finding a good Philly Cheesesteak Sub near Irmo and Lexington. So, I decided to follow a recommendation of several fellow foodies. With low expectations (I thought they were cold subs only), I decided to try try Jersey Mikes on Broad River Rd near Irmo. I was extremely shocked when my cheesesteak arrived. They call it the Big Kahuna and it was it loaded with an excellent flavor. It had beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and cheese that were cooked to perfection! Definitely top 5 ranking. BTW, if you like a little ketchup added, bring your own as the don’t have packets. It was so good, ketchup was not needed. I will be back!
