Jersey Mike's Subs

Every single time we come here it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get food each time. Horrible service. Workers there do not communicate with customers, nor do they work quickly. We placed an online order and got there when we were supposed to and waited an additional hour after that specified time. After waiting, we asked for our money back, and it took an additional twenty minutes for them to make the refund. On top of that, they did not refund us because they “could not figure out how” and handed us a gift card for less than we paid. Beyond frustrating and not okay. Maybe understaffed, maybe they were hit with a rush, regardless of any of these factors, communication should have been the priority with customers.

Two very friendly young men served us after coming through a dangerous snowstorm. Good food prepared exactly as we asked. Clean restaurant. We'll be back when we're traveling again.

My second visit in a row where I had placed my order to go and returned to my desk and found that my order was incorrect. Disappointing. Will be going to firehouse subs moving forward. For a 20$ sandwich I don’t find that acceptable.

First time ordering. Is it me or does the salad option look a little small for the price? Subway stuffs their salads full with veggies since you don't have the bread. Subs were good that the family got though.

Noah and Justin were absolutely great all around. Very nice, polite young men with great customer service and a smile on their faces even though I walked in a minute before they closed. Thank you fellas!
