Jersey Mike's Subs

The food was good, but the service really missed the mark. The two employees working didn’t seem very engaged. When I asked one how his day was going, he replied “could be going better,” and when I said “have a good night” on my way out, neither of them responded. Even when the food is solid, the overall experience matters. The store felt quiet and a bit cold, with no music or atmosphere, and the staff didn’t seem like they enjoyed being there. It definitely made me question whether I’d come back.

Ate here for lunch. The sub shop it self was clean on the inside. Prices are equally to most other sub shops in town. The service was good. I ordered the Philly cheese It was not bad The bread was nice and soft The meat was a little burnt and crispy in some spots but other than that it was an overall good sandwich.

The manager/shift lead at night is extremely rude and immature, the employees training under her had to apologize on her behalf because she refused to apologize herself. That is extremely sad to me. When confronted she instead chose to laugh and talk badly about us where we could physically see. The employee she spoke to like that had to then apologize on her behalf. It was unprofessional, she is way too old to be acting that way.

Best sandwich shop around. The ham/meats are so fresh and the bread is delicious.

I love Jersey Mike's, but this location specifically is getting worse by the day. Every time I went the kids who work there are always so loud, laughing and yelling. So I stopped eating in because of it. But the last straw was when they messed up the pick up orders. Take out bags are always sealed (as they should be) so I didn't check the contents. Only sandwiches on combo orders! No drinks, no cookies, no chips! And I promise you I am not a Karen. I work in food and beverage. Believe me it took quite a few bad experiences here before I decided to write this review. I'm never going to this location again!
