Place is great! Clean dining area, friendly staff and the sandwiches are always made correctly! I typically order in the app and pick up, food is always ready upon my arrival. Staff is super helpful and make it feel like a neighborhood sandwich shop. Thank you Eastgate Jersey Mikes team! Great job!

Probably the best jersey mikes in the state of Tennessee! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming when we come in! And it isn’t just they have great customer service and make our food well but they treat you like a friend and what more could you ask for from a stranger after a long day right! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Give everyone here a raise too I know corporate got the money for it!

I didn't get the name of the woman who made our sandwiches, but she's a credit to their company. I have celiac disease, so gluten free is a vital health concern for me. She was extremely kind, took the time to follow all protocols to keep me safe, and chatted to my grandson the whole time. It's difficult to have food allergies, and too many times I'm made to feel like it's a hassle to take extra steps when preparing my food. I never once felt like that. Kudos to JM for training their employees well, and extra special thanks to the kind woman who served us this evening.

The staff are GREAT, the place is very CLEAN and in a good location. Bit of advice, DON'T order the #64 (their vegetarian alternative) of Mushroom + Swiss sandwich 🤮 It's literally like eating a dirt sandwich with nothing but mushrooms, thin slices of green pepper, nearly non-existent swiss cheese. I expected SOME mushrooms, but never an entire sandwich of nothing but mushrooms. I put potato chips to try to give it some flavor. Whoever came up with this sandwich should have to eat it themselves. 🤢 The other "normal" veggie sandwhich was delicious 😋

The staff is always friendly and professional. Every sandwich I’ve gotten there has been perfectly made and delicious. They’ve also been great with our catering meals at work. If you’re in the area you must stop here for lunch or dinner.
