Jersey Mike's Subs

Good most of the time, but I usually order the giant philly cheese steak sub for me and my son to split it, and for some reason lately it has so much grease (a lot of which from other foods cooked on the grill) that I have to take the meat off and use other bread because it's inedible, tastes like mushroom or bacon and is just gross. Whenever Sierra or the other girl makes it, it's never extra greasy and gross like that, it only happens with others cooking it and for $40 for 2 subs it shouldn't be like that.

Me and my family have been coming here for a couple years now these subs are always very fresh especially when Sierra is working and a couple of the other employees and the manager everything is always very fresh organized they are always very polite and you can tell they care about the quality of food and customers

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We stood at the counter for several minutes while the employees sat at a table on their phones. Finally one said to the other hey you have customers. He took his time getting behind the counter and acted like we were putting him out to do his job. If you don't like you job, get a different one. I suspect he just wanted to show up for a paycheck and not actually work for it. It's called work for a reason. There was one guy who came out from the back who was actually busy the whole time. He swept behind the counter and was busy filling the sandwich ingredients. When tables are ALL dirty, you should not be on your phone. We cleaned off our own table before sitting down to eat. This place is always on point. Always fresh food and always friendly staff. The sandwich line employees never rush you , they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. They will serve you up a 5 star Sub if you let them EVERY SINGLE TIME.
