Jersey Mike's Subs

TLDR; Serious problems with delivery orders. I wish I could pick another store, but because I am using the JM app they pick which shop makes the sandwich. The last three orders have all been incorrectly prepared. I have tried to call them before placing my order, but they never answer their phone...even in mid-afternoon.

Love this place. Excellent sandwiches. Every purchase earns you points toward free sandwiches.

Asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and got minimal of both. Felt like I was eating meat and bread. Been here multiple times and have dealt with this nearly every time. I’m finally giving up.

I had a free sub on my app so I ordered on it again and went in for pick up. Sandwich was ready when I arrived. Sub was delicious and tasted fresh.

I went in, honestly expecting a pretty standard fast food experience. But the service was absolutely phenomenal. I had to ask the worker his name and shout him out here. Xander, you did an amazing job man! He moved so elegantly, honestly, it was beautiful watching him make my sandwiches, I was drooling just watching. He was super friendly, and even though I had some specific requests for my food he got it done and got it right, which is pretty rare because I have some allergies. My mom passed away of pancreatic cancer the day before I went in. However, for a brief moment, I honestly forgot all of that. And the food was delicious. I was so glad to choose Jersey Mikes, and I will be returning.
