Jersey Mike's Subs

While I am normally a regular customer, my recent online order experience had a few significant setbacks that I hope can be addressed: -​Order Timing: Despite arriving after the estimated pickup time, I waited an additional 25 minutes. It appeared that walk-in customers were being prioritized over existing online orders that were already delayed. -​Attention to Detail: Important modifications—specifically regarding a dairy allergy—were missed. This resulted in wasted food and money.

Last night we went to Jersey Mike's for a original Italian, the short girl there said her name was kaylin was very kind and made us feel welcomed. She wore a smile and seemed to take pride in her work. It's not often you see this younger generation working hard and going the extra mile for customers. Although the interaction was brief, she deserves a shout out!

Girl ( night time Jan 6th 2026) that works there is RUDE. Needs a new job that she actually likes, treating customers with a dull and cold expression/ poor customer service / straight up not happy just because they walk through the door is not okay. Plenty of other people out there that would appreciate her position.

I am sick of going to Jersey Mike's locations and they run out of brewed tea at 5pm and God forbid that they make anymore. They're open for another 4 hours but if you want Brew tea you can just go suck it. Way to go

Tried to get in touch with the store through their website and haven’t heard anything back. This is the complaint I submitted on 11/2/25: This was unfortunately one of the worst subs I have ever gotten from JM over the years. The rosemary parm bread was stale, and the sandwich was absolutely soaked with oil and vinegar making it almost completely inedible. When the sandwich costs as much as it does, this is unacceptable :(
