Jersey Mike's Subs

Unbelievably poor experience today with this store. I placed a large team order during a lunch rush, which I understand is a difficult ask of some places. However, we’ve done this multiple times before. The order was placed online the night before in order to give the restaurant a heads up to prepare. My subs were AN HOUR LATE, and the staff were uncaring and not interested in trying to rectify their mistake. No chance I come here again with my team or individually. Extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service.

I came in on Saturday and Sunday at first. My experience started off pretty bad because the lady in the front didn't seem to know how to make any sandwiches, but then a young lady came from the back with a pink sweater on and glasses came and apologized and made sure that all my sandwiches were made and perfect, she even gave me a complimentary. Drink for the inconvenience, and wait and she apologized numerous times i really appreciated that I was gonna make that my last visit until I encountered her. If she's not a supervisor she definitely needs to be a shift lead over all my sandwiches were delicious i also came in store on 12-03-2025 around lunchtime. Me and my wife just got some subs from there. It was our first time eating there but the service all the way down to the taste of the subs were definitely better than any subway in Macon or Warner robins. The employees there actually care about making the customers happy and it shows in their subs. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been visiting this location for a year and it’s usually very good. Previously, from the service to the quality of the food I was satisfied. My recent visit was abhorrent. I ordered a veggie sandwich without vinegar, mayo and oil with chips through the website for delivery. My sandwich was soggy, vegetables seemed old and the bread was not baked. I called and requested a refund and I was told to return the sandwich. I came via an Uber to have the issue resolved. The manager did not take accountability and was very rude. I requested a refund for my entire meal including the delivery fee because if my sandwich was up to par in relation to Jersey Mikes usual standards, I would not have had to make the trip. I ordered two subs the first one was fine. But the second one was not the bread I ordered and did not have lettuce on it. The peppers also taste off.
