Jersey Mike's Subs

Walk into store only one in there as a customer . 6 employees behind counter. No one acknowledged I was there. Finally slicer employee makes my sub. Stops due to scale not working. Slices a slice of turkey. Walks away with the gloves on grabs another scale with same gloves and begins to slice more turkey. States put a slice to many take it off my sub. Once down places sub into counter not the white board the legit counter. I ordered a #7 with pickles and bacon. I have more condiment then deli meat on entire sub. This Jersey Mike facility is by far one of the slowest and horrid customer service I have been too. Not worth the 1 star but needed to in order to leave review.

Guy behind the counter- middle aged with a beard and glasses who is first person you encounter, prepping your roll and slicing deli meat and cheeses:. Rude beyond belief. They ‘don’t have a toaster’ for sub rolls or to melt cheese. Veggie subs-no olives or spinach available. The young employees provided great service.

We order from Jersey Mikes all the time. My wife and I normally love the subs, but I get my order wrong 6 times out of 8. Just to be clear this is today’s adventure. After We pick up our order and drive home to eat. First bite, there is something wrong. So I check and call Jersey Mikes and ask for a manager. I call and say there is oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Being told by the manager that she made it, because she recognized the name, and didn’t put oil and Vinegar on it. Told her you can taste it. She said, I believe I didn’t put any on.. So here are some pictures of the oil and vinegar all over the sub. Crazy part is know I have take it 20 min across town to prove my point and get a fresh sandwich. This is wrong to do to a Loyal Customer.

This Jersey Mike's is awesome! Jenn and Erin run a great store! Dakota, Zach, Jada and the entire crew are always polite, fast, friendly and just wonderful! I love this store!

Went last evening. The order taker was curt and sighed, rolling his eyes when we wanted to read menu. Bread was stale and sub was as dry as a cracker. Only a little bit of roast meat on sub. One slice of extra thin cheese. Not worth time and definitely not worth the money.🤮
