First time ordering at this specific location and they got my hot Italian wrong. Received with missing pretty much just the meat and cheese. It was clear I wanted it like the picture with the veggies but nooo. Definitely not coming here again

Workers were very nice and welcoming. Paul who made the sandwhich was very nice on the phone and made one of the best Philly cheese steaks I ever had. Paul was very attentive with making sure I was happy with the sandwhich I got and thats very rare in fast food. Im an executive chef and I would definitely bring him on my team if he wants to leave mikes. Great job guys keep up the good work. One hell of a sandwhich and great customer service. Happy holidays

Shoutout to the crew on 12/19/2025 at around 8:40 in the evening. My first time visiting this location. Definitely won't be the last. This is the time of year brings on many challenging aspects with work and personal matters. Tonight, I was one of the many people who witnessed the epitome of what good customer service is all about. It was twenty minutes before closing, a sudden rush came in, some unforeseen challenges/ circumstances arose, and very limited man power behind the counter. Despite all of this, nobody was being turned away from getting their last minute dinner after a long day of work or finishing up that last minute Christmas shopping. Worse service ever! I waited 20min for my hot sandwich and when I finally got it the woman had an attitude. I usually get good service here but today that girl on the grill was terrible. There were at least 8 people working behind the counter and I still had to wait forever. I've worked in hospital and restaurants, I know things happen but at least practice good customer service- be apologetic and reassuring don't give customers your 'I don't give a damn' attitude. If it was my business I would fire her on the spot. This place use to be good but apparently not anymore.

Ordered through the app for Jersey mikes delivery. They use DoorDash and the driver stole our food. The store manager went above and beyond to get the situation rectified for us. Appreciate all the help!
