Jersey Mike's Subs

This hurts. I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for more than 30 years. This location can not get the orders right and the feedback given privately to the "jmcares" email is ignored and not replied to even when asked for. Photos show the order from app, the #7 missing lettuce, the #13 having lettuce, and no extra onions. The #7 missing lettuce is crazy since that was ordered "Mike's Way" which is the default option! "Lettuce is the issue? Is this guy serious?" This time it was lettuce, but we've had missing bacon, wrong bread, etc. before - this is just the final time we're going to risk the errors. Someone at this location get a system to check pick-up orders. Until then, there is a location just 2 exits South down the highway in addition to few others in Murfreesboro. EDIT: Res

Wow, do y’all actually mix your tuna salad? Do you season it? Why would you put my condiments on the side of the box? If I ordered a bowl…why would you use the least amount of lettuce. Needless to say my tuna salad bowl wasn’t good. But the fact that it was made so sloppily down to the tuna being improperly mixed says it all.

Jersey Mike’s is hands-down the best sandwich shop out there! No comparison when it comes to the bread—it’s fresh, soft, and has that perfect chew that makes every bite better. The subs are always piled high with quality meats and toppings, but it’s the bread that really sets them apart from everyone else. Once you’ve had Jersey Mike’s, it’s hard to go back to any other sub shop.

Jersey Mike’s is good but I was more impressed with every guy that worked there. Super polite, friendly, and prompt. Good job! Don’t always see that at restaurants nowadays.

Employees are friendly and the shop is clean. My wife is vegetarian and they always kindly wipe off the slicer before making hers which is above and beyond. Thank you!
