Jersey Mike's Subs

I don’t know what is going on, but this place has taken a serious downturn for the worst…. I’ve left a review in the past for the temperament and customer service, or lack thereof (specifically with one of the managers). Forgot to mention the competency of the staff which is also apparently non-existent now. I don’t want to point fingers, but just so happens that, that one particular manager was working and somehow my chicken CHEESEsteak, didn’t even have cheese on it, again. I really hope it was out of spite, otherwise someone needs to get their head checked. How do you forgot cheese on a cheesesteak, when all else that was on it was the chicken… absolutely ridiculous, my order is wrong/off about 50% of the time, but forgetting the cheese all together is insanity… pretty sad this is far

Visited store 2/11/26 around 6pm for the 2nd time. Same 3 guys working, very professional and attentive. We've been to several Jersey Mike's from here to NYS and this store has been the best subs of all of them. I had the Big Kahuna and my wife had turkey. This is now our go to while on our 3 month stay in Mrytle Beach.

The customer service is horrendous!! I thought the staff were racist at first, then I read a ton of other reviews stating the same horrible customer service. Lol The sandwiches are terrible! Subways is better, and that’s saying a lot considering I don’t like Subway neither. Lol At least Subways toast their bread and heats their roast beef up upon request. I’m surprised JM is still in business. 😏

Fantastic meal from the team! Shoutout the crew on 2/27 evening, best sandwiches we’ve had in a bit locally. Cheers

Ordered our sandwich exactly how it was listed on the menu no mikes way, I said just the way it’s listed. Got home and it’s filled with onions and done mikes way. I can’t have onions and paid $20 for this sandwich, I took the sandwich back and the guy who made it said he can’t do anything about it, it’s corporates way we make it. I told him I specifically asked only the way it’s written. He again kept insisting it’s corporate it’s all mikes way. I told him please re make it I didn’t want it mikes way I can’t have it that way. He actually started fighting with me. It was horrible, I was embarrassed, humiliated and had to let strangers know about a medical condition when I didn’t want to. I will never step foot in there again. It was hands done my worse experience I ever had. I have gone so
