Jersey Mike's Subs

I went to pick up Subs Saturday evening before the snow and ice storm hit. I am so sorry that you guys have to deal with people like the sour man that was in there pouting because his food wasn't ready right on time while you guys tried to work out a glitch in the system. People should show a hail of a lot more patience and gratitude! I witnessed that the employees at Jersey Mike's were interested in making top quality food as ordered. From the way my sandwiches turned out (on point and delicious!) I would say that the three employees that were in there Saturday night are employees that locals should be happy to have around! Ordered a bowl mikes way and received an empty bowl. Terrible service when I called about it as well. The manager said “we just assumed all you wanted was meat and cheese” after I specifically stated Mikes Way.

I ordered a chicken bacon and cheese sandwich and they proceeded to put everything on it drove back 15 minutes for only 1 sandwich to me remade y told me he wasn’t going to make my 2 sandwiches because it was money going to waste when I paid for my order he told me that will cost 40 dollars for the store, I paid 40 dolars for my order how can someone like that be shift leader

Great sandwich, My only problem was he put my sandwich on the counter to cut it and it wasnt clean, I didnt say anything to him but that is not sanitary at all he could have put sandwich paper down then my sandwich other then that he was nice and friendly

Best turkey sub I've ever had, that's for sure. I love how thinly Jersey Mike's slices their meat and cheese. Always thought that thinner meat gave better flavor. I'll definitely be back to get that Turkey and Provolone with Portabella mushrooms.
