Jersey Mike's Subs

I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! I discovered what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the food. This is an absolutely unacceptable breach of health and safety protocols and is a significant biohazard concern. I have documented the incident with photographs and have retained the receipt as proof of purchase. Finding a foreign bodily object in a meal is not only revolting but also makes me concerned about the overall sanitary conditions and oversight at this specific franchise.

Came in a Saturday around 8 pm and it was well staffed and fast. Ordered on the app I feel this is the best way to order. The sub was well made and one of the best Jerseys Mikes I have eaten at. I hope this store stays clean and well staffed as it is now. Will definitely be back. The price is good for what you are receiving one Giant Sub is more than enough to feed 2 adults probably even 3. You get what you pay for and $20 is a great deal for this!

Decent sub for sure! I had the chicken grilled sub, it was fresh and tasty, the meat seemed like slices sandwiched meat that was stacked like a Pattie. Topping were also good and fresh and the bread was good. Service was great and friendly. The place was too small and they didn’t have enough seats. Price is on par for a sub with other places about $10 for the one in the pic.

Phoenix has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I feel like businesses forget how important that is. They got my sandwich wrong but the fact that she was willing to remake it and was so friendly and welcoming just turned my mood around… we need more people like her. I enjoyed my sandwich at the end ☺️
