Jersey Mike's Subs

Wow… what a disaster. I stopped by hoping for a solid meal and left questioning everything. Chicken Cheese Steak: I ordered this with high hopes, but I had to play a game of “Where’s Waldo?” with the chicken. Spoiler alert: I never found it. What little was on the sandwich was so overcooked and dry, I’m pretty sure it could’ve been repurposed as packing material. The roll? Let’s just say it was more suited for a crouton factory—stale, crunchy, and definitely not fresh. Big Kahuna: I ordered it on white bread, but apparently, they decided I needed more fiber in my life and gave me wheat instead. Thanks for looking out, but that’s not what I ordered. The moment I came in , customer service was great. Clean and great experience. Sandwich was delicious. Made just as I ask.

I ordered a few subs about 3 hours ahead for a timed delivery near the start of the SuperBowl. I had made a small error in my order, called the store to see if they could correct it, and they were terrific. They fixed my mistake, the delivery was on time, and the subs were delicious. Excellent experience with this location.

My partner and I were in the area running an errand today and came to this establishment for lunch the first time. Founded back in 1956 in Point Pleasant, Jersey Mike’s Subs is located at the Tonnelle Commons in North Bergen. It is a nice clean place to get something quick to eat. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. Ordered their giant 26.” #9 Club Supreme consisting of roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo on wheat to share. The food was tasty, delicious and the ingredients fresh with its juice as advertised. We understand there are plenty of great Italian delis in the area, however we were happy with the sandwich and environment! Could recommend and definitely go back there again.
