Jersey Mike's in Northampton MA is our go-to when hungry - usually for lunch, and often for eat-in. The sandwiches are tasty, great to hold and filled with fresh tasty ingredients. Plenty of parking and close to shopping opportunities.

I hope this review inspires training opportunites to develop service skills, efficiency, and the ability to work in a (typically) fast paced environment. I came in to try my first hot sandwich (chipotle chicken) and was extremely disappointed in the staff’s service, priorities, and sandwich assembly. When I worked at a sandwich shop (5 years & supervised), customers who were in the store always came before online orders. Today, I waited ten minutes before asking if my sandwich was ready and the person at the grill had not started the sandwich yet. I have solidarity with workers when there is a rush and a line out the door (usually how it is when I come in), because I’ve totally been there. Went to Jersey Mike’s in Northampton for the first time to grab lunch for my boyfriend, who had been working all night and into the morning. I ordered a steak and cheese and very clearly said NO onions or peppers ..even put it in the special instructions. I grab the sub, go back to my car, unwrap it to double-check, and it’s full of tiny onions. On top of that, the bread was completely soggy. I had to pick onions out just to see how bad it was. I went back inside to have it remade, and let me be clear, my boyfriend is allergic to onions. The men behind the counter were incredibly kind and understanding, and this was not their fault at all. I heard Jersey Mikes was in Northampton from a friend of mine and I was meeting PAM who does my hair in East Hampton and I sent her a message and said hey let me bring you lunch Jersey Mikes she ordered and then I decided I would have one and I added to her order and when I left, they were so busy That I just paid my bill took the two grinders to meet up with PAM at 1:00 I realized I was not charged for one of them and I called them today to settle up the girl that answered the phone says let me get you the manager Jon Michael got on the phone a little surprised that I was honest enough to pay for this meal And he said enjoy it on the house. Day, Randy, Rob, phenomenal team. My order was placed a little after order cut off and they still made the full order with a smile on their face. Couldn’t have been more great full for a great group after a long day. Any managers see this give them a bonus!!!
