Jersey Mike's Subs

Don't go when busy. I had a long wait for a Philly cheese that was dry and skimpy. Little cheese, almost no onions. Asked for it without peppers, it came that way but was very very dry. Nobody asked if I wanted mayo or anything else so it was just the beef with a very small amount of cheese and almost no onions. Lousy. A philly cheeses should be moist and rich, especially for $21. Bread was nice and fresh, only thing that made it edible.

UPDATE: their manager, Brittany, made some performative comment responding to my review but after I emailed her I never heard back. I've also reached out to customer service 3x since then and to no avail. Their customer service is trash. If you want your order to be made incorrectly, then I encourage you to order at this location. I ordered 2 giant subs with specific modifications on it. The Philly cheese steak was to have light cheese and cut in half and the other big kahuna was supposed to be cut in half with jalapeños and peppers on the side. When I arrived onsite, the employee put my two orders into one bag even though I was charged for 2 bags. It seems petty to complain about a $0.10 charge, but when you pay for something you don't receive, it feels wrong. There is something inheren

Jersey mikes never disappoints when I’m on the road and need a quick bite to eat. Clean restaurant and Helena was such a great person help me make my sandwich. I get the cali club at every restaurant I visit and get a with extra vinegar. Made just right by Helena!

Stopped by while doing some errands around lunchtime. Ordered through the app and my food was done in about 5 minutes - very fast! Everyone was working quickly and the store was nice and clean. I didn't get a pic of the food because I was so starving that I forgot, but there was plenty of meat and all the right amounts of everything. Very tasty sandwich. Good location, would definitely return.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s thanks to V! From the moment I stepped up to the counter, V was efficient but super helpful. They quickly explained their topping options without making me feel rushed. They then wrapped up my sandwich with skill and speed, and it came out perfectly. At the register, V was just as friendly and welcoming. They took a moment to explain how the Jersey Mike’s app works and how I could use points and take advantage of double point days, which I really appreciated since I was having trouble with it before.
