Jersey Mike's Subs

Whoever made our sandwiches tonight needs to be retrained. First off my boyfriend stood there at the pickup counter for a whole 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged him, and no one was even busy at the moment either, they were all just standing around. I usually have to add a note for light oil and vinegar so that my bread isn’t soggy but I pull it out and the wrapping is drenched in oil. Horrible service, I’ll go to riverdale from now on.

Ok… I don’t leave too many reviews, but I think this really caused for something special. This team at this location is fantastic! I walked in and Ray was first guy on the scene made a sandwich that was Insanely amazing, he was quick, he smiled, he had a great attitude, and he helped make my experience, happy and satisfying! When you find a good place with great food and great service, it is just nice to return and feel like you’re welcomed. Thank you Ray, and thank you to the whole team for always making me feel welcomed and appreciated and for making great food quick And satisfying and for putting a pep in my step!

I was supposed to get a free sub. I have 145 One of the employees said I still need three more points. I think they are all new employees are fairly new. It was better when Mackie and Ocean work there (just my opinion it’s) So I showed him where I had 145 points please let your employees know they should be able to get a free sub when you have 144 points thank you for listening or reading

Shoutout to Raymond Martinez. He helped my wife & I have a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. Another employee misheard my wife’s order, & we ended up with an odd sandwich to say the least. However, Raymond noticed our confusion & went out of his was way to fix what had happened. He reimbursed us for not only my wife’s sandwich but mine as well. We will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s location. Raymond deserves a raise! He was very kind & professional.

LIARS. there was promise of a free combo for a 5 star review, which I graciously left. To which the front counter worker replied “cool” and continued to charge me. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied, I wish I could leave zero stars but i can’t so I leave you, a 1. :(
