The manager Kaitlyn was very disrespectful to her employees in front of a lot of clients. I own a big corporation if she worked for me she should be out the door in two seconds. Meanwhile she’s on FaceTime on her cell phone the whole time while her workers are busting their butt and are super sweet. She’s very disrespectful and was disrespecting them in front of a bunch of clients that were very unhappy about it and it needs to be known. I’m also gonna put this request on the Better Business Bureau as well. I come here quite a bit and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. I’ve had enough of it. I am legal advisor. Well I’ve never eaten at a jersey mikes before but I have worked at jimmy johns. I’m not sure if this is normal. But let me start by saying. The staff were very nice. Just slow with the order I was picking up. While at the Jersey mikes. I noticed the meat slapped up against the glass in the refrigerator area along with meats ready to be sliced on raw metal without any wrapping or anything to keep it from spoiling. In my opinion, This is by far, I’m sanitary and I would say that this establishment may have a few health concerns that may make you sick when eating here

2 years ago I wrote this review. And nothing's changed next paragraph my new review I am tired of incompetence. Told them wheat bread and they went to put it on White bread. A cheese steak only takes 3 minutes to cook. Ordered two giant one sat on there for 5 minutes the other set for another 3 minutes that were put on the same time. The one that took 5 minutes they left two bites of the steak on the grill. Told them never mind that one's burnt. Then walked out. New update. Nothing has changed walked in and there's two giant cheese steaks already cooking on the grill ordered mine and was watching and it is the other two burnt. I am a Jersey Mike lover . But when u go into a location and people walking around on there cell phones and there’s customers right there is just rude. Two the staff is better friendly once they do pay attention to the guest. But when u call to speak to someone they r rude and don’t kno how to handle customers . My sandwich was made wrong called bout it got told to hold on the got called rude and racist just because I was giving a discretion of the people that handle the order from the sandwich maker to the cashier I am a black woman r we for real .
