Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an order through the app to be delivered via door dash. Door dash never update to show that it was picking up the food. We called Jersey Mikes after about 35 minutes and asked to cancel the order. Joe, a manager offered immediately to give a full refund, but if doordash shows up to still send our food. He was VERY kind. Apologized and super nice! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen in a long time!! I am beyond impressed. I have never eaten here and without trying the food, because of Joe I will be back to try out Jersey Mikes.

I love this Jersey Mikes! I come here all the time for lunch since it’s close to my office. All the employees are always so fun and welcoming, but today in particular they made my day. I made a mistake of ordering to the wrong location, and they helped me cancel my order there and get a refund, and then SUPER quickly remade my order while I was reordering on the app. Thank you Emily, Gary, and Aaron!!

We always order Jersey Mike’s online, but today we came inside for the first time — and I’m so glad we did! The employees were unbelievably friendly and genuinely so sweet. The food is always fresh and amazing, but having such an awesome staff made the whole experience 10x better.

Jersey Mike’s is my go-to place for subs these days and I was very excited to have one open right near me in the O-Town west area. It’s a new location so it’s very clean and very well staffed, hopefully that continues. Their subs are delicious - my favorite is the club sub but everything I’ve had there has been great. The entrance of this location is not on the Publix side which looks like the front, which is a bit confusing. You have to drive around to what seems like the “back” where there is a parking lot. The one negative about this new location design is it’s primarily high top tables which isn’t great for everyone. Not sure why they went with that design choice. But overall a great addition to the area and a great sub!

My family and I stopped here at 5:30 on 12/30 and had wonderful service by the two people working. They were running the floor by themselves but still were extremely attentive to us (super kind service, brought our sandwiches to the table). Our food was fresh and delicious.
