Every time we order delivery from this location our order is wrong. Every time. Not like ‘forgot pickles wrong’. Like ‘we gave you one sandwich that’s half filled and the other sandwich is not even in the neighborhood of what you ordered’. For example, the attached pic is supposed to be a turkey provolone with everything. I don’t even know what this is. Dry chopped chicken?! We’re done here.

During a recent visit to this store, my fiancée overheard the general manager make openly antisemitic remarks, including saying he “hates all Jews” and later telling a coworker he “hates 2%” of them after learning they had Jewish ancestry. This was reported this directly to the owner, who acknowledged the behavior was unacceptable and said action would be taken. Weeks later, we see the same individual still appears to be working in that leadership role. Given that antisemitism has recently been the subject of national conversation, even highlighted during this year’s Super Bowl, it feels especially important that local businesses reflect the same standards of respect and inclusion they publicly support. We hope the Plano location can address this so it reflects the values Jersey Mike’s

I am genuinely impressed that an order has been messed up so badly. I ordered through the app for myself and a coworker’s lunch since we were in a rush. I made sure the bag they gave me had my name on it, but they use so many stickers and wrappers on the to go orders it’s impossible to check the accuracy of the order until you actually sit down to eat the food. You can see the order we placed, vs what we received. 2 small turkey sandwiches stacked high with lettuce and tomato, not a slice of ham or salami in sight.

The one time I order delivery, it comes soggy cold , wayyyy to much lettuce and oil I stay 2 mins away why is it very cold when I asked for it toasted ! Very disappointed about this it’s never this way when I’m in person !

After telling Dzya, the tall African American male that worked the counter, I wanted it mikes way twice, and after telling him no tomatoes on my partner sandwich, he still served me the two in a to go order which ruined both our meals. If you go here after reading this, you are willfully choosing bad food, and poor service. Jersey Mike's are not all the same, but this one proved to be one of these worst ones.
